Returns and exchanges made simple.

If a piece does not work, Noir makes the return process as clean as the shopping experience. Complimentary return shipping is included on all domestic orders.

Initiate return

Log in to your account and select the order. Choose the items you wish to return and confirm the reason.

Prepare shipment

Repackage items in their original packaging. A prepaid return label will be emailed within 2 hours of your request.

Ship and track

Drop the parcel at any carrier location. Track the return through your account page.

Refund processed

Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Policy details

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Final sale items and bespoke commissions are non-returnable.

Exchanges are processed as a new order with priority shipping.

International returns may incur local customs charges on re-import.
