Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Noir storefront you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
Products & Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and prices are presented in good faith. Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Noir reserves the right to correct pricing errors before order confirmation.
Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed only when payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via our third-party payment processor.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Tracked premium delivery is included on all orders. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary by destination. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier handoff.
Returns & Exchanges
Unworn items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns Policy page for full details. Final sale items and bespoke commissions are non-returnable.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Noir storefront — including photographs, copy, design, and code — is the property of Noir Studio and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Noir is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
